In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jackpot8" / "Platform" / "We" refers to jackpot8.pro and all services, apps, websites, and platforms operated under the jackpot8 brand.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the jackpot8 platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal user account opened through the official registration process at jackpot8.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credits available in your jackpot8 account at any given time, including cash deposits and eligible bonuses.
• "Wagering" / "Betting" refers to any gaming activity involving the use of jackpot8 account credits in games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by jackpot8 to members under specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

To register and use the jackpot8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the date of registration. jackpot8 does not permit underage individuals to access or use any services on this platform.
• A citizen or permanent resident in a country where access to the jackpot8 platform is legally permitted.
• Register using your own name and not on behalf of another person, company, or legal entity.
• Never previously banned or restricted from using the jackpot8 platform or any related online entertainment platform.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jackpot8. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, or financial details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Bonus Withdrawal Terms

Before withdrawals of bonus-derived credits are permitted, the applicable wagering requirements must first be met. The wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated on the jackpot8 promotions page.

Jackpot8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion.

• Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only, at the time of their first registration.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Jackpot8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players suspected of abusing bonuses — including bonus arbitrage and hedge wagering using different accounts — may be subject to account action.
• All bonuses carry a stated validity period. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

All games available on the jackpot8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received independent certification from an international auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation.

• Finalised game results cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jackpot8 platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or another person's name.
• Use of false identity information or another person's information during registration.
• Any attempt at money laundering through the jackpot8 platform.
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play jackpot8 games.

Jackpot8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Withdrawal requests that are suspicious or inconsistent with normal deposit patterns.
• Inaccurate or unverifiable account information submitted during the KYC process.
• Account closure request initiated by the player.

In the event of account termination for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any valid cash deposit balance will be refunded to the player upon completion of the review process.

• Game outcomes resulting from the player's personal choices.
• Financial losses arising from betting activity are the personal responsibility of the player.

Jackpot8 is constantly committed to keeping the platform running smoothly and without interruption; however, 100% service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to technical factors that may occasionally fall outside our control.

Jackpot8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jackpot8 website.
